Merit membership fees are set so that both small and large firms can take advantage of Merit membership.
Members pay a combination of an annual fee plus monthly dues, as well as their monthly benefit premium. The first years fee is payable with your membership application. Dues are paid monthly along with the benefit plan premiums.
Companies with a smaller workforce (less than 20,000 annual manhours) pay an annual membership fee of $150.00 plus monthly dues of $0.08 per hour per field construction employee.
Larger companies (more than 20,000 annual manhours) pay an annual membership fee of $750.00 plus monthly dues of $0.05 per manhour worked per field construction employee.
