Open Mind Magazine is a full-colour periodical published once per year. Designed to be a forum on open shop construction, Open Mind contains editorial on a variety of issues of interest to open shop contractors.

Mercon Messenger is a monthly newsletter for benefit plan administrators. It is distributed by email to administrators at the beginning of each month.

Wage & Benefit Surveys

Each year, Merit undertakes Wage & Benefit Surveys. Intended as a management tool, these surveys attempt to capture information about average wages and benefits in the open shop construction industry. Surveys are distributed free of charge to Merit member companies and are available for a fee ($400 each plus GST) to approved non-member companies and organizations.
