A follow-up to the Supervisor Training Program, this course offers further training in human resource management with a focus on people skills. The program consists of 33 hours of in-class instruction. Completion of the Supervisor Training Program is recommended, but it is not a prerequisite to attend this course. Booking can be made through either Merit office or online.
Course topics: Motivation & Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Management, Decision Making & Problem Solving, Labour Law & Employment Standards, Drug & Alcohol Awareness, Interviewing, Hiring &Terminating and Report Writing.
