We Are

Merit Contractors Association is a not-for-profit organization that elevates and represents industry partners and open shop construction workers across Alberta.

Like you, we’re proud to be part of this industry. We believe our members deserve to have access to the best construction training, group health benefits and HR tools, so they can achieve the highest level of growth. It’s our way of giving back to an industry we’ve been part of for more than 30 years.

NOTICE: To support our open shop companies and their employees, Merit Benefits will assist members who were in-benefit during April 2020 with premium credits.  Please visit our News & Events section for details.

While our Calgary/Edmonton offices remain closed to the public, our team continues to serve our members.

As the situation is fluid, we are committed to sharing the latest information on our News & Events page.
