We Are
Merit

Merit Contractors Association is a not-for-profit organization that elevates and represents industry partners and open shop construction workers across Alberta.

Like you, we’re proud to be part of this industry. We believe our members deserve to have access to the best construction training, group health benefits and HR tools, so they can achieve the highest level of growth. It’s our way of giving back to an industry we’ve been part of for more than 30 years.

UPDATES

CHANGES TO THE 30-DAY LIMITATION FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS: Limits were imposed to minimize drug shortages and prevent stockpiling of medication during the pandemic. Pharmacists will now be able to fill prescriptions up to a three-month supply. While the supply levels have seemed to return to normal, certain drugs may still be limited.

While our Calgary/Edmonton offices remain closed to the public, our team continues to serve our members.

As the situation is fluid, we are committed to sharing the latest information on our News & Events page.

We encourage members to reach out via email at merit@meritalberta.com for general inquiries. Our team will respond to your inquiry within two business days.

Please note the Merit Benefits call centre continues to experience higher call volumes. For benefit questions please contact our team via email at merit@meritbenefits.ca
