Designed for the construction Project Coordinator, this course introduces valuable skills and effective techniques to assist Project Coordinator’s, new PM’s, new Estimators and Safety Coordinators, in their daily activities and prepare them for the transition to Project Manager. This 21-hour course consists of 18 hours of in-class facilitation and 3 hours of on-job assignments.
