Change Order Management – February 7, 2019
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Change will occur on almost every construction project. These changes can be small, such as clarification of drawings and specifications, or large, such as blueprint changes that dramatically affect the scope of a project. Change is a normal part of the construction process. The Owner, Consultant (architect/engineer) and Contractor must all be aware of the change process as laid out in the contract documents and follow the processes to ensure that the Contractor is paid accordingly for the work performed. In this module we will explore the change order management process through the eyes of a supervisor.
